WEBSITE PRIVACY NOTICE · 22 OCTOBER 2026

Your information
and this website.

This notice describes the public ZoneProof website and pilot registration form, operated by the Morphotech team. Client workspace data also requires an agreed scope, access arrangements and any applicable client terms before onboarding.

When you request a workspace

We collect your name, work email, organisation, selected role, optional message and the time you agree to be contacted. We use these details to review your enquiry, respond and arrange a potential pilot. A request does not create a user account, grant access or subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. Please do not submit confidential evidence or credentials.

Where requests are held

Requests are stored in the application database on Neon and handled through the ZoneProof application hosted on Render. Review is restricted to the configured Morphotech registration reviewer who must also hold an active administrator account. Other client administrators do not receive access to this enquiry list. This pilot is not an Australian data-residency commitment.

Accounts and technical information

Authentication uses necessary session cookies for sign-in. Restricted review rooms use their own access cookies. The site does not add advertising or marketing analytics scripts. Hosting providers may process request logs and technical connection information. The registration endpoint uses hashed rate-limit keys to limit abuse; it does not add raw IP addresses to your registration record.

How long details are kept

Registration requests remain available for authorised follow-up until the team removes them through its operational process. There is no automatic deletion schedule in this pilot. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of enquiry details. Any retention requirements for client evidence and published reports must be agreed separately.
